SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Deliveries will be made through the transport company appointed by Mister Shoes, SL, within the terms indicated in the purchase process (24-48 hours in Spain, 3-5 days in Europe and 4-6 days in the rest of countries). These delivery terms are indicative. In the event that there is any stock breakage or specific unavailability of an article, Mister Shoes will contact you to inform you of a new delivery date. If serving the product is not possible, we might cancel the order. Delivery terms may also vary due to logistical or customs reasons, beyond the control of Mister Shoes SL.

In any case, late deliveries will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.

SATISFACTION OR REFUND

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the maximum time to request a return is stipulated in 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, of the Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). Mister Shoes SL will be in charge of the returns.

Before returning an article, the customer must contact our sales department via email at mister@mister.es, and indicate in the message the reason for this return. No return will be made that has not been previously reported.

It is very important that products are returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging. There will be no return of those products that are not in the same condition in which you received them. In case of damage due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the goods and we verify that the above conditions are met, the seller will accept the return, and the amount will be refunded to the same credit card or other means which the operation was carried out.

In countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will not be refunded. The amount will be credited, within a maximum of 20 days from the receipt of the article in our warehouse. Please note that your bank may not show the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

In case of defective goods or incorrect shipments, all return costs will be borne by the seller. The refund of the amount will be made through the same means of payment that was used for the purchase.

DEFECTIVE ARTICLE FROM ORIGIN

All products are checked before shipment by our staff. Even so, if when you receive the order, you notice any manufacturing defect, please contact us through our email mister@mister.es, reporting what happens and we will put all the means to solve the problem as soon as possible. In case of incorrect article, Mister Shoes, SL will bear the cost of picking up the wrong product, and will deliver the right order placed.

Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the product ordered, Mister Shoes, SL will bear the cost of collection of the wrong product and delivery of the corresponding order placed.
